The B9 is at the end of the third stage in the process. Hope to get the machine built over the weekend; the next part of the build is to ensure the alignment between the three major sub-assemblies is correct. Any misalignment here will directly effect the quality of the items being printed. I wonder if I can get a test build in this weekend......but don't want to rush this.
Today I took delivery of a 3d printer. A B9Creator was purchased from iMakr Stores as a kit; lots of assembly work to do but this will be part of the learning experience.
I have several CAD models ready to be turned into real physical models. The B9 has a relatively small build platform but the resolution and accuracy is very good; I am hoping for levels meeting my experience of industrial rapid prototyping during the early 2000's with SLA machines by 3d Systems.
